He seems to be mature, confidence and successful person. So its time to groome him.
Regarding test match, Gambir or Shewag will be the best choice. For Test matches we need some experience, both Gambir and Shewag had enough of it. Dhoni must skip Test matches. Yuvaraj can make the team considering his experience and his handy spin bowling. Pujara, Kholi, and Badrinath can be considered for middle order apart from great mastero Sachin Tendulkar. Giving captaincy to either Gambir or Shewag, we can expect more reliable batting in the top order.
